Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial delivery.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
